1. Set up an account

It takes only 5 minutes to create your first Eventjet account. After that, you can start selling your tickets.

That’s how it works:

  • Choose the price model that optimally covers your requirements and confirm the selection by clicking on “Start“.You will now be directed to the login page.
  • Click on “Create Account
  • You will now receive an activation link sent to the specified e-mail address
  • Click on this link to activate the account.
  • Now go back to the Eventjet page eventjet.at/login
  • Enter your e-mail address at the login window. To ensure that you have not mistyped the e-mail address is queried twice.
  • Choose a suitable passwordClick on “Sign Up

2. Add account data

In order to be able to fully use your already prepared account (see Step 1 – Setting up an account), you need to enter the most important account information.

Administrator of the account

  • First name
  • Surname

Account info

  • Organizer name or company
  • E-mail for customer inquiries
  • Website of the organizer
  • Telephone number of the organizer

Address of the account holder

  • Street and number
  • Post Code
  • City
  • Country

Tax information

  • VAT Identification number (optional)
  • Authorization to deduct input tax
  • General VAT rate

Bank details

  • Account designation(optional)
  • IBAN
  • Account owner
  • Name of the bank

3. Save account data

By clicking on “Save” your information will be deposited in the account. You do not have all the information at hand right now? No problem. You can add these later at any time. So that you do not forget, the “checklist” will remind you.
