Create Account | Eventjet

1. Set up an account

It takes only 5 minutes to create your first Eventjet account. After that, you can start selling your tickets.

Opening an Eventjet account is 100% free of charge for you as the organizer. It does not entail any legal obligations such as contractual commitment, exclusivity clause, minimum turnover, etc.

That’s how it works:

Choose the price model that optimally covers your requirements and confirm the selection by clicking on “Start“.You will now be directed to the login page.
Click on “Create Account“
You will now receive an activation link sent to the specified e-mail address
Click on this link to activate the account.
Now go back to the Eventjet page eventjet.at/login
Enter your e-mail address at the login window. To ensure that you have not mistyped the e-mail address is queried twice.
Choose a suitable passwordClick on “Sign Up“

2. Add account data

In order to be able to fully use your already prepared account (see Step 1 – Setting up an account), you need to enter the most important account information.

These requested account data are kept to a minimum and will not be passed on to third parties. For example, this information may be required to generate invoices to ticket buyers in your name or to be able to transfer the ticket price to you.

Depending on the chosen pricing model, you can use different VAT rates per event or ticket category. It is also possible to use several bank accounts for different events. If you have questions about the extended features, we are happy to help.

3. Save account data

By clicking on “Save” your information will be deposited in the account. You do not have all the information at hand right now? No problem. You can add these later at any time. So that you do not forget, the “checklist” will remind you.

To try the Eventjet system, e.g. if you want to create events on a test basis, you can generally start entering the account information at a later date. Please click on “Complete later“

In order to activate events and start the sale, the complete input of the account information is a prerequisite
