Why using forms?

You can use forms to determine which data is requested when purchasing a ticket.

Forms can currently be created on two levels:

Invoice forms

With the help of an invoice form, you can flexibly specify which data is requested from the ticket buyer. The minimum configuration of an invoice form is the e-mail address of the ticket buyer. The tickets purchased online are then sent to the buyer together with the invoice.

Owner Forms

It is often necessary to record data at the level of the respective ticket holder in addition to the data of the buyer. The areas of application range from menu selection during a gala dinner to contact tracing as part of the Covid 19 regulations. You can use the owner forms function for this purpose. You can use this function to query any data records per booked ticket.

Owner forms

To create an owner form, please do the following:

  1. In the main menu (left), click on the menu item ” Shop
  2. Select the “Owner forms
  3. tab

  4. Click New Form
  5. Select on the left side which data should be queried
  6. Select on the right side which name the form should have, e.g. menu selection”
  7. Select on the right side whether the respective date should be a required field or an optional field
  8. Click “Save form

How to activate an existing form

An owner form can be used either on event level or on ticket category level.

If a holder form is activated on event level, the form will be automatically requested for all ticket categories

If a holder form is activated at ticket category level, the form is only queried for the corresponding ticket category.

Enable a form at event level

To activate a form at event level (a corresponding form must already have been created at this point in time), please proceed as follows:

    1. Click on in the main menue (left) on “Events
    2. Select the event for which you want to use the form
    3. Click on the tab “Event
    4. Choose the form you want to use from the Drop Down Menü “Form” in der Sektion “Event
    5. Klick “Save

Enable a form at ticket category level

To activate a form at ticket category level (a corresponding form must already have been created at this point in time), please proceed as follows:

          1. In the main menu (left), please click on the menu item “Events
          2. Select the event for which the form should be applied
          3. Click on the “Tickets“”
          4. Choose the ticket category for which the form should be activated
          5. Select the bearer form to be activated from the “Form” drop down menu
          6. Click “Save
