Features

Your Eventjet system has a detailed reporting feature that gives you a real-time overview of your sales.

The basic information is displayed in three levels.

  1. Overview This view displays all sales per event and sales channel
  2. Orders In this view, all orders that have been made are displayed
  3. Tickets This view shows the generated single tickets of all incoming orders

In each view, you have a “sort function” and a “filter function” per column which you can use to refine the displayed data as needed. Clicking on the sort arrows or on the filter icon in that column activates these functions.

Because space is limited on the screen, only a few data columns are displayed in the quick view. The Download Report feature gives you a complete view of all available data as an XLS file.


Overview

The tab “Overview” displays all sales per event and sales channel. As a rule, this information serves as an overview of the current utilization of events and / or the sales activities of the individual sales channels.


Orders

The “Orders” tab lists all orders received. With the two switches “Active Events” and “Past Events” you can already select at the beginning whether only the active events or the past events should be displayed in the results.

Further limitation of the results can be made by the integrated sort function or the filter function. These functions can be activated by clicking on the respective symbol in the column header.

For each order further actions can be selected via the Overflow menu (three vertical dots on the right side of the line).

  • Details Shows all information available for a particular order
  • Download Tickets Download the tickets included in this order
  • Download Invoice Downloads the invoice belonging to this order

Tickets

The Tickets view displays all the single tickets that are in the orders

For each ticket, further actions can be selected via the Overflow menu (three vertical dots on the right side of the line).

  • Details Shows all information available for a particular ticket
    • Depending on the price model, additional actions such as cancellation, invoice printing, etc. can be offered in the “Details” action point
  • Download Tickets Download the ticket concerned
